Is it a real recording?
No. The AI imagines gentle motion from a single photo. It is a creative interpretation, not a record of what happened.
Whose photos can I use?
Your own family photos. Please only use photos you have the right to use, with the consent of the people in them or their close family.
How good is the quality?
Films are delivered in HD; old photos keep their character.
How long does it take?
Usually 15 to 30 minutes.
What does the free preview include?
The first 4 photos of your film, in the style, music and narration you chose, with a FrameHug watermark. It is free, so you can see your own photos move before you pay.
What if I want to add photos later?
Add them and make a new version. If the film moves to a longer length, you pay only the difference. Every scene already made stays as it was; only the new photos are animated.
What if a scene doesn’t look right?
Every paid film includes 3 free retakes. Choose the photos whose movement you want redone, and only those scenes are made again. The rest of the film stays the same.
Can I get a refund?
If the film still isn’t right after the retakes, email us at support@framehug.com and we will look at each case personally.
