How many photos should I use?
Ten to twenty photos from birth to today make a film of two to three minutes.
How long does it take?
Usually 15 to 30 minutes after you approve the preview.
Can the parents tell the story?
Yes. Add narration: answer a few questions and the AI writes the lines for you to edit and approve.
Can I use it at the event?
Yes, the film is yours to play and share.
What does the free preview include?
The first 4 photos of your film, in the style, music and narration you chose, with a FrameHug watermark. It is free, so you can see your own photos move before you pay.
What if I want to add photos later?
Add them and make a new version. If the film moves to a longer length, you pay only the difference. Every scene already made stays as it was; only the new photos are animated.
What if a scene doesn’t look right?
Every paid film includes 3 free retakes. Choose the photos whose movement you want redone, and only those scenes are made again. The rest of the film stays the same.
Can I get a refund?
If the film still isn’t right after the retakes, email us at support@framehug.com and we will look at each case personally.
