How long will the film be?
About nine seconds per photo; you see the length and the price as you add photos.
Can I add captions like ages or years?
Yes, every photo can have a short caption such as "Age 5 · 1992".
Can I add photos later?
Yes. If the film becomes longer, you only pay the difference.
Is narration included?
Narration is optional. Answer a few questions and a warm voice tells the story.
What does the free preview include?
The first 4 photos of your film, in the style, music and narration you chose, with a FrameHug watermark. It is free, so you can see your own photos move before you pay.
What if I want to add photos later?
Add them and make a new version. If the film moves to a longer length, you pay only the difference. Every scene already made stays as it was; only the new photos are animated.
What if a scene doesn’t look right?
Every paid film includes 3 free retakes. Choose the photos whose movement you want redone, and only those scenes are made again. The rest of the film stays the same.
Can I get a refund?
If the film still isn’t right after the retakes, email us at support@framehug.com and we will look at each case personally.
