A memorial film from their photos

Gentle motion brings each photo to life, quiet music carries it, and if you wish, a warm voice tells their story in your own words. Ready the same day.

Respectful by design

Remembrance mode keeps motion very gentle, colours soft and the music quiet. Nothing is played for laughs.

Their story, in your words

Answer a few questions. The AI writes one line per photo using only what you told it, and you approve every word before it is voiced.

Questions

How many photos do I need?

From one photo up to sixty. Twelve to twenty photos make a film of about two to four minutes.

Can I use old or damaged prints?

Yes. Scans and phone photos of old prints work well; Life Story pages are designed for them.

Who can see the film?

Only you, unless you share it. Share links can be turned off at any time.

Can the narration be in our language?

Yes. Narration is written and voiced in the language of the site you are using.

What does the free preview include?

The first 4 photos of your film, in the style, music and narration you chose, with a FrameHug watermark. It is free, so you can see your own photos move before you pay.

What if I want to add photos later?

Add them and make a new version. If the film moves to a longer length, you pay only the difference. Every scene already made stays as it was; only the new photos are animated.

What if a scene doesn’t look right?

Every paid film includes 3 free retakes. Choose the photos whose movement you want redone, and only those scenes are made again. The rest of the film stays the same.

Can I get a refund?

If the film still isn’t right after the retakes, email us at support@framehug.com and we will look at each case personally.
